el sitio debe estar desarrollado en php, con buena apariencia css, y debe ser dinamico usando javascript el sitio web sera para la venta de tickets de parley, todo un sistema de parley online debe contar con una pagina principal donde todo visitante se encontrara, debe contar con la opcion de registro de nuevos usuarios etc. el sitio debe contar con un panel de control donde los usuarios puedan realizar las jugadas del dia, con opcion a que los uusuarios puedan agregar dinero a su cuenta. el sitio debe contar con un panel de administracion o dashboard. donde uno pueda gestionar los usuarios registrados. en el dashboard uno puede y debe configurar la cuenta de 2checkout. esta opcion puede y debe ser modificable. los usuarios podran recargar su saldo a traves de 2checkout. el programador no sera propietario ni tendra acciones en el sitio web. desde el dashboar se debera podra cambiar el logo y nombre del sitio web. todas las opciones debe estar disponibles en el dashboard y modificables. los usuarios o jugadores solo podran gestionar sus datos, comprar tickets de apuestas, recargar o agregar fondos y luego posteriormente retirar sus fondos, los usuarios podran registrar los datos d sus cuentas para poder recibir sus pagos. el sitio web debe contar con categorias de juegos como futball, beisbol, etc, y dentrod de cada categoria uno debera poder agregar los equipos en sub-categorias, ejemplo, en futball agregar en un sub-categoria los pertenecientes a la liga bbva, etc. todo el sitio debe ser modificable desde el dashboard y todos estos datos deben ser registrados y actualizados en su base de datos mysql. los jugadores podran comprar sus tickets y esta opcion debera ser dinamica usando javascript. diariamente en el dashboard uno debera ingresar los logros para el dia. mientras no se agregren los logros del dia el sitio debera notificar a los usuarios que iniciaron sesion que los logros del dia aun no se han ingresado. en el dashboard uno podra configurar el monto minimo a recargar, el monto minimo de jugada por ticket y el monto maximo a cobrar por dia. tendra que ser una plataforma de parley completa.
