Hi Dear Thank you so much for inviting me. I am an industrial engineer with master’s degree. I am expert in simulation concept and Arena. I am also very well in manufacturing systems such as Flow Shop, Job Shop, and CMS. Your project is a small job shop with three different parts and four machine types. Following steps are a summary of the project: 1. Define an arrival schedule to create part types (Table 1, for 16 hours a day, from 7AM to 11PM) 2. Separate part types in three different types based on second column of table 2 3. Define resources (machines, carts, people) 4. Define resource schedules for the machines (Table 3) 5. Using failure module to define machines breakdown 6. Process parts based on the order and time in table 2 7. Using process module to inspect items 8. Use transfer modules like Transporter, Transport, and Distance to model part movements. Everything is clear in your Word file unless Figure 7.1 and Model 7.1 that described in this file. I will create the model with two different output: 1. Arena report that gives you the average cycle time for each part type 2. Excel file that includes cycle time for all parts that you can analyze them. You should also tell me about your software.
