Create a Bitcoin faucet site

I would like to create a bitcoin faucet site, with integrated adds. An example would be ([login to view URL]). It's basically a site that gives away bitcoins, as the user visits the page every hour or so. On the side and bottom are ad-banners and commercials,from for example google ads or similar companies. Usually these sites have a sort of captcha security, to prevent the use of bots visiting the site on a regular basis. User accounts are registered by a bitcoin address, and an e-mail address can be optional for extra security. At the bottom of the page, I would also like some small banners, that contain referral links to other bitcoin faucets. This is my first time on freelancer.com , so I am not sure if I have enough details here, but I hope to explore the options there are through further communication. Regards
