Menu and Forms are two inseparable part of any Web Development. Requirements for Menus and Forms are also of varied natures. The default Menu appearance in the Mayo theme is very simple. So we understand you want a drop down menu like superfish. But superfish is a development module. It did not work properly on our installation and we expect setting it up in your website will not be smoother either. Moreover forms can be single step, multi steps and can consist of simple to complex fields. Therefore it will all depends on how you want your menu and forms. Please send us the detail requirements , we will set-up the menu and forms for you. We can not use webform for drupal 8 at least for now. Entityform is not available for drupal 8 either. Therefore we have to make custom drupal 8 form.
