Create Video section for existing website

I have an existing WordPress website, which has a template that has Artists page that contains songs pertaining to that artist. When you click a song, it plays in player, which is docked at the bottom of pages. Currently, the only way to add videos is by creating a Post, but I don't want it to be this way. I would like YOU to create a way (I think using the template for the Music posts as a guide would be the easiest way) which will create video posts similar to the way Music posts are made, and when connected to specific artists, it would show up on that artist's page just like the music does. For the video, I would like it, when clicked, to open up in a modal way using the existing Bootstrap library. This is the theme I'm using. [login to view URL] My maximum budget is $100.
