Create a WordPress Template

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING WORDPRESS MULTISITE: We have about 6 or 7 key pages that are pretty much already designed in wix. We need this content transferred and "incorporated" into our NEW wordpress multisite betheme. We say incorporated because we would like to take advantage of the nice real-estate the theme has to offer. So we need someone with attention to detail that can transfer the content as well as design a really, really nice page...with attention to gif sizes, spacing of images, font size, font color, clarity of images, making titles of certain things bold and so on and so forth. We don't just want a copy/paste It needs to look like a 1st class website PERIOD. Then there are a few basic pages such as contact us etc etc...most if not all plugins needed are already installed so is the theme and the home page is half way done by another developer who do to personal issues could not complete the project. There is also a members area & partner area each will have certain level of permissions in the members area plugins will handle this functionality. Once the main site is done we would need it cloned so that partners can replicate to market on their own.
