Create a Youtube Video Maker and Uploader

I won't hired someone who doesn't know well the job. I need you to create a Youtube Video Maker and Uploader in one single software. Here are what the software should do. 1) Make short videos of less than 2min fom pictures collected from Google. Means if user types in a keyword, the software googles that keyword and collects pictures to make a short video. And save them into a folder. Means user can be able to upload self made videos too. If the video exists in the folder. 2) Upload video. The software should have an option of loading: - text file of Video title. -text file of video description. -text file of video keywords. 3) Multitasking. Software should be able to upload many videos at the same time. The max amount as possible. 4) Software should be able to login a youtube account to upload video. (username and password option) 5) Software should be able to clean cookies after uploading all videos to one account. 6) Software should have an option of uploading using proxies (optional for user) This is a start up work.
