Create a neath admin form for member management on an xxx site, and do some small php fixes

First, this is work on an adult XXX site but the part you work on doesn't contain any xxx images or videos. If you have a problem with xxx content then don't apply for this job. Your task: create an admin form for member management. The form fetches data from MySQL database and filters, groups and organizes it and will have some buttons and fields for changing values and adding data. I expect you to know how to process and present data and create neath looking and functioning forms and reports. Requirements: You're motivated, hard worker, skilled, experienced and can work independently. You put clear comments inside the scripts to explain what your changes or additions are doing and you explain to me what you've changed or added and how I can change simple things myself later on if needed. You keep backups of the original scripts on the server. You test your work before you release it to me. I will not test your half done work over and over again and trouble shoot, I am hiring you to do that. I am happy to pay for good work so I will release the milestone as soon as you completed the work, you don't need to ask me for that. The form has to be completed this Tuesday, with a little bit of progress delivered every day so that I know you're working on this. If you don't have time to start on this today, then don't bid please! I have tons of work to be done also on non-adults sites but finding the perfect freelancer for long term cooperation is hard.
