Create a page for domains for sale

I sell domain names. I need a home page that I can easily use for all my domains for sale that is simple & professional, where people can easily bid/make offers on the domain for sale. Bids should be sent to me via email and also recorded to a flat file. The homepage should automatically show the highest bid and also the previous bid history. I want to minimize any manual coding on the page. The domain name (URL) should automatically be included in the sales pitch on the page. For example, I might like the site to say, "Welcome! [login to view URL] is currently for sale. It's the perfect name for blah blah blah. Please submit your best offer below." - Use PHP, HTML, Java (Cpanel compatible) - Users can easily bid on domain for sale - Flat File recording for bid history - Bid history is shown on site (bids shown by amount, highest first with date of bid) - Use secure Google image recaptcha or invisible recaptcha for submittal - A config (admin settings) would be good - Contact form (admin can set email contact in config file) so users can send messages
