Custom Wordpress product multi step quote form

I need a custom multi step product quote form for my Wordpress website. I have a custom post type which has a bunch of products. I am not using e-commerce. I need a user to be able to add products to his quote form (like adding products to a cart) and then the user can fill out the quote form, which for each product added, has custom fields, so we can customize each product to the customer's liking. I have attached a few screen shots. You can write this custom, or use existing plugins, however is best to accomplish this. Include in your bid how quickly you can have this done. It needs to be done asap.
