Develop a Mautic integration with a third part software

I need a simple integration between Mautic and a third part software using API Restful. The third part API is very simple and well documented. Here it is the link: [login to view URL] What I need is a integration similar the mautic to vtiger integration. I just need to be able to send mautic leads with more than a certain number of points to this third part software. I belive that the easy way to do that is by using the mautic to vtiger integration as a start pointing, by coping it.
