Develop hostel management system

I'm looking for someone who can develop a hostel management system or work on an existing hostel management system. The interface should be stunning. It should have the followling modules: 1. 4 type login(Admin, Warden, Student, Parents) 2. Students: They should be able to punch in and punch out ( biometric devices will be there) the data should be stored in the interface. Timing. The profile of each student must be there. He should be able to request leave also. As soon as he requests leave a message should go to parent. Message gateway can be integrated once you develop by us. 3. Warden should also have a watch on punch in and punch out and all other details in the software. [login to view URL] should be able to grant leave and see details of their students. As soon as they accept it. A automated print sheet of outpass should be send via email to student. 5. Admin should be able to do the following tasks. He should have a dashboard where he can see the hostel map. The rooms occupied and vacant. Rooms occupied in red and vacant in green. He should be able to see alll the details of students including punch in time and punch out. Remarks on students. He should be able to know regarding payments made by studnt in his tab. Notifications is also must both email and sms. We prefer twilio and msg91. All other paymwnt gateways are also okay. Finally the main dashboard of each person should show recent circulars and activities etc and also bulk sms notification option for each list.
