Develop an online Virtual Staging Platform

I am looking to create a realistic 3D virtual staging platform. This platform will be used on Windows*, MAC OS*, Android, Apple (iPad,iPhone), and online via website**. * integration but later down the road. ** main priority The virtual staging platform will be a tool that will allow users to take and import photos of rooms of a house( the image should be optimized upon import). From here, users should be able to view photos as a staging area. A theme (collection) of predetermined 3d furniture, props, etc should be selected by user. Then they can begin to add objects to the room and move them around. Objects and themes should be able to be imported at a later time by an admin. Once done, the user is able to save the photos (rooms) online with the option to download the images. For the website, which is main focus initially, some features include merchant services, pricing plans, mailing list system, billing information, cloud storage for photo, syncing with the all devices. I am looking for a team that can deliver. The platform must look as realistic as possible. including HDR technology and very easy to use platform . Only professionals.
