Grocery Appointment Widget + open bugs

This project is coming to an end but I have the last part of that widget that I need to get completed. I basically need a scheduling / reservation widget that is in the final checkout portion of the cart that is broken into 2 hour blocks. It is divided into 2 different groups and here are the locations. I will need to add routes or locations as the company grows. Group 1 Alachua 32615, 32643 Jonesville Location 32669, 32606, 32653 Group 2 Gainesville location 1 32601, 32603 Gainesville location 2 32608 All timed orders for next day deliveries, weekly, and monthly can be time as early as 9:00am as long as it is placed in advance. This is not available for same day deliveries. Same day deliveries are set up in a time slot with a two hour time block for deliveries. What is process of payment ?   Q2. Customer scheduling the order it will approved by admin or direct scheduled?   Q3. Customer can cancel the scheduled or only send  request to admin for cancel?   Q4. Customer scheduled more the one ?     If I  am not getting whole scope of this project requirement. Please explain about project scope Answers: Yes for the most part.  The delivery schedule is based on my time I will be in there area. I need to be able to adjust the number of days I will be in a particular area as I grow and hire new drivers and other staff members.  As of right now I'm only accepting 30 deliveries a day but I need the ability to add more per day.

Secondly for customers to be able to make request monthly, bi weekly, weekly, same day, or next day.

Hours of operations

Monday through Thursdays 9:00 a.m - 9:30 pm
Friday and Saturday 9:00 am - 11:30 pm.
Sunday closed

We are not able to guarantee same day delivery of products due to stores
restocking schedule

Q 1 credit card, pay pal or cash at the door.

Q 2 customers can make request for a particular time slot and
administrative will call and confirm and finalized order.

Q 3 yes customers can cancel but must call and finalized the cancelation of the order.

Q 4 yes customers can make more than one reservation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also fix these bugs: 1. Tablet / mobile: delivery map does not display zip code validation on some pages when selected & then others its broken (see screenshot)  Contact Us Page: 1. The left “Account” section has the downloads section there when logged in Site Map: Needs to have same styling. Right now the page is a little messy & things are out of line. the images that are broken are not needed (see screenshot)
