Leads from emails to protected website

I want to have a system where I can sell real estate leads to agents, developers and other sellers of property. I want to be able to offer two types of leads: 1. Generic leads where we publish generic ads in different categories; a. Spanish Holiday properties b. Investment properties c. US land d. Any geographical area… e. Any type of property category we come up with…. f. Etc. 2. Bespoke adverts where we publish a clients bespoke advert and generate response for this particular property or group of properties. Whether it is a bespoke or a generic type of advert, each advert published will be connected to a specific email address. Whenever someone is responding to the advert by email it should be routed to a protected area, and published as a post, for members only to see. So that if a client is subscribing to see the leads for Spanish holiday properties he can log in to see the posts that are generated from emails sent to a certain email address, for instance spanishpropertypostsATglobalproperty.email. Or something similar. Likewise for bespoke campaigns the responses/leads that belongs to a certain emailaddress should go into a certain protected area only for that client to access. It should be easy to set up a new campaign whether it is a bespoke or generic campaign. We will choose a domain to be used for the emails and if possible everything needed for a campaign including the email should be set up from one place. I imagine one would do this with wordpress and some automation email routing tool, but I am completely open for other platforms, software or tools…Maybe zoho can be used here? To exemplify: Spanish holiday properties as a generic category would be; Membership/protected area: Spanish holiday properties E-mail address: [login to view URL] Email Routing: All emails routed as a published post in the protected area. Simultaneously the email addresses, phone numbers, names should be collected to an excel sheet or database with the same label as the category of the email address it is designated to.
