Streaming Movie Site ($1500usd project)

Need design and coding for a streaming movie website as follows: Please BID for $30usd. This is a $1,500usd job in 5 steps, but I am asking you to bid for $30usd. Like this is a complex job, If things dont work, you will be paid and we can feedback us as +positive and I will continue with the next freelancer. You'r money will be secure because I will generate a milistone payment before every step. I am looking for USA freelancers and you must have experience developing streaming websites. I will manage domain and dedicated servers. Step 1: WEBSITE DESIGN AND CODING. I need a ''custom'' website with the following areas: movies, tv series, documentaries, live concerts, music videos & videomixes. I need a script to convert srt to vtt and develop more scripts if needed. This are the main features I want (like N @ t f l i x): 1. genre rows in the main window (home) 2. playback in the same main window 3. subtitle option 4. link for genres 5. remember last watched 6. recently watched I will deposit $300usd milestone to your account (but not deliver yet). After you complete this step and deliver all the files I will release $300usd to your account (no upfront payment). Step 2: UPLOAD SCRIPT. Upload file script: mp4, .nfo file, SRT, poster, fanart, etc. I will deposit $300usd milestone to your account. I will deliver $150 upfront and $150usd at the end of this step. Step 3: CONTROL PANEL SCRIPT. I need a control panel with basic info like: total of users with countries, users connected, most wached movies, subscriptions payments, contact by PM, etc. I will deposit $300usd milestone to your account. I will deliver $150 upfront and $150usd at the end of this step. Step 4: GATEWAYS. I need 6 payment methods like Paypal and others. You need to connect gateway payment to each user account to activate membership after payment is done. I will deposit $100usd milestone to your account (but not deliver yet). After you complete the gateways I will release $100usd to your account. Step 5: FIXING PROBLEMS AND EVERYTHING NEEDED TO FINISH THIS PROJECT. I will deposit $500usd milestone to your account. I will deliver $250 up front and $250usd at the end of this step. This is the last step, after you finish to fix everything and everything is working at the best I will release the last $250usd to your account. After everything is completed you will get a 20% partnership to maintain, fixing and continue improve issues on the site. This partnership is forever ''meantime'' you put your time on the site improving the good operation of the site. After this point, there will be no more payments but you will get 20% partnership. Time to deliver all 5 steps: 2 months. Thanks
