Web base I/O monitoring and controlling by using Arduino

Software programming by using Arduino products for web based monitoring/controlling of equipment via transducer (4-20mA or 0-5V) at specified timing and send daily via GSM-3G SIM card to a secure cloud or server. Is should consists: 1) 3 A/D-input and 3 A/D output monitoring/controlling . 2) Read the transducer reading and stored in the SD card in every 10min time. 3) Send data daily via GSM-3G SIM card to a secure cloud or server . 4) Web remote alarm setting in the ComBoBox "Form" format I/O setting. 5) send predefined SMS to 10 users when alarm alerted or battery low 30% 6) Receive 3 predefined SMS to ON/OFF I/O form dedicated phone number 8) The Data Loggers shall be programmable via a local USB cable or remotely via web portal. 9) The web portal shall allow the user to select 1 day, 3 days and 7 days for the trending period, for Data analysing and displaying results in the data graphically and numerically via excel file. 10)The web portal shall provide full comprehensive data storing capability to allow the monitoring of present and 6 months’ historical data. 11) Secure web portal with at least a password authentication protocol. And minimum of 8 alphanumeric, containing at least 1 letter and 1 numeral, and changed annually for non-interactive accounts and not to reused for at least 3 generations, and encrypted during transmission and in storage, and locked out upon reaching the maximum number of 6 failed attempts, and be changed PW upon first login, and suspend the account when it is unused for at least 90 days. 12)The web portal shall allow at least 10 concurrent users to access the data online without suffering a connection time-out error. This is to ensure the web server and portal remains accessible during high access traffic data monitoring of critical operations. 13) The web portal shall enable the display of at least 10 user-configurable tabs to allow users to view and organize the data logger inventory into groups. The user shall be able to configure the name, order of placement and number of tabs to be displayed on the web portal
