Application like Voot, Hotstar, youtube

Hello sir/mam, I got an application named God Tv Mobile Network App which is available on Google Play Store and App Store but not function as not getting developers who can produce on time. Today only I cancelled one team as they took 3 month still couldn't provide a single apk. I got trademark and copyright from Govt of India for this app. 90% of app is made, I got both the source codes and backhand is made in codigniter. I need a new UI and want to add live tv options... 1. First Subscribe issue- When video is uploaded subscribers should get notifications and when they click on the notification that video should run. Just like Youtube 2. Second, I want better push notification in which i can send images too like we get in amazon etc 3. Thirdly, there are videos in a category but we can't see I want secured log in for admin 4. UI like Hotstar 5. I want people can upload video from App also 6. In ios every time we have to select language but we need it once when app starts later when ppl like to change they can 7. Like, Dislike and Views should work smoothly 8. Every time app starts, it should ask watch Live or Offline 9. I would like Ads can be given 10. Menus something like the pics I shares [will provide later when finalized] 11. UI can be something like Youtube. Video Title should be clear to read 12. Multiple languages should support 13. Need your suggestions Genuine people kindly approach... No time pass please... Creativity is important...
