We need to have some work done on behalf of our client. 1. Set up to go to main number versus current extension. (currently all calls go to a single extension and then forwarded to a mobile number. 2. Export call data received & missed as well as any voicemail for importing to SuiteCRM. 3. Send email & SMS for missed calls to extension owner plus second designated email & SMS. 4. Want to be able to have a group of extensions that will be tried until someone answers the call. If no one answers, then goes to a specific voicemail box.

Export call data received & missed as well as any voicemail for importing to SuiteCRM. 8 hours aproxy 3. Send email & SMS for missed calls to extension owner plus second designated email & SMS. 8 hours aprox 4.
