We need to create an online platform where the company can create BUDGETS for different projects. So that the person loads items (predefined), unit price and quantity required. Important that based on webscrapping you can get the unit prices of 2 websites defined and also leave open the field price unit to enter manually. Must be exportable to excel. The front end should be easy to use, adding fields as in google forms
