Build SMS mobile app for iphone and android

I require quotes for the following app to be built. It is currently in its infancy and doesn't have a name or design as yet. Basics - The app will allow a user to send bulk SMS from a virtual address book that is not in the users phone and utilise the users own SMS credits. The virtual address book can be shared between multiple users who have the username and password to access the account. Specs: Be available on both iphone and android platforms Users will be able to create their own accounts Enter contacts singularly to virtual address book Upload csv files with the lists of contacts to a virtual address book User can create create goups from uploaded contacts held in the virtual address book. List of contacts to contain First name, Last name, mobile number User can sort lists by First name or Last name and organise data to their prefered order. User can select which contacts to send a message to or be able to send to all. App will recognise if duplicate numbers exist and remove them prior to sending SMS Users can create templates for messages The app will utilise the phone users own SMS credits This app is similar to other bulk sms sending apps, however it will utilise the users mobile phone provider sms credits instead of a SMS Gateway.
