Here how it will be done: A person will take a web browser project with a good license (example: Ninja [login to view URL]) Then it will add another ready-made project of chat app. Will modify the browser to support these sub-apps. The messaging app should contain instant messaging (I just add a number, click on it and I'm on chat page, no need to requests), notifications and no other bugs or errors. You can see what I want in documentation. Basically add a "home" button and page on the left of the address bar. Add sub-apps and also add a public feed on browser's default page. The person who accept the project might be applicable to its continuation throughout the year. The budget is 200USD. The payment will be effective on September 1st.
