Create a CUSTOM Post Type (Recipe) In Wordpress

We'd like to create a custom post type in wordpress that we can use as a template over and over The POST page in wordpress should have custom fields where we will enter different variables for for each post but under the same fields. The custom post type will be similar to a recipe page. There will be: Ingredients Directions Shopping List etc The format of the page will be the same every time so there should be a place in the post area to list the items and instructions for each area. I am attaching an example so you can see a similar layout BUT I will provide you all the EXACT elements and the layout I want with the elements that need to have a form input in the post editor so that the content will go in that area everytime. If you have read the entire project details and can do this job easily please write THIS IS A SNAP in your proposal and give me the approximate time it will take to create a custom post like the one listed.
