CubeCart API integration project 2

What is required is a simple CubeCart admin side plugin to retrieve inventory details via an xml feed and create the products within an already created category structure using a mapping table. A second very simple feed needs to be run via cron to update stock levels and finally when orders are taken in the store, an xml file needs to created and posted to the wholesaler. A WooCommerce plugin written by the wholesaler and in use in many stores is available to study and use as an example and the xml file formats and details will be provided on request to serious bidders. A fully installed CubeCart development site will be provided and testing will need to be completed in this store before release of the milestones that will be created for the winning freelancer Preference will be given to freelancers that have had demonstrable CubeCart experience with knowledge of the hook and language systems.
