Hi! If you want to extract data from the directory of the server then you must have the credentials of the Web server and if it is not the case then and you want to scrap the web page of a website then the credentials are not necessary, it can ping be ping with the http request can easily extract information from the server and export the data to an excel sheet or sheets. It depends upon your requirements what you want to accomplist. C# is the best tool for scraping the web pages, kindly ping me if you want to discuss the requirements further. Thanks!
