EASY PROJECT: Modify Display Of HTML Tracking Page and add reCaptcha

Hi. We need to change 2 things in our tracking page. The page is currently working properly using a single plain html code (attached), in this page the clients can track their packages. Task 1: Add a recaptcha: So no robots will search the databases. Before the user can search, recaptcha must be checked. Task 2: Hide some of the information currently being displayed and add a progress bar (see attached images BEFORE and AFTER). We need it to look like the AFTER image. Please if it can look as similar as posible to the images. Modify the file and we will upload it, we won't give you access to the actual server.
