Etisalat Payment Gateway Integration to OpenCart

We're looking for an Experienced Web Developer. I would need to integrate Etisalat IPG (Integrated Payment Gateway) to 'OpenCart' website. The local bank supports only Etisalat (UAE) payment gateway for credit / debit card transactions. The Etisalat have SPI (Store Payment Interface) for integration. Etisalat instructed us to use Web service interface. It is more secure and easy to integrate. I have attached the documents provided by Etisalat for the Payment Gateway Integration support. You will also be responsible to install SSL certificate to the website and transferring the website from test server to live domain.
