Expert in SCC caption format needed to debug our PHP caption exporter

Speechpad is looking for someone with expert understanding of the SCC caption file format to help us debug our PHP library which generates this format. The library seems to produce valid SCC, but it does not seem to behave when imported into Adobe Premiere. You MUST have an understanding of captions formats (specifically SCC) and understand framerates and timecode (drop frame and non drop frame). Experience in PHP is required and a proficiency in standard practices for PHP package development and unit testing is preferred. Experience with creating libraries with "plugin" capabilities is a plus. Prior similar experience is desired. Success in this project will lead to an offer for ongoing, full-time development. These positions require architecting applications as well as developing framework level components and independent, reusable PHP libraries.
