Based on my experience i can do this work for you, what i recommend is lets not scrap directly from gmail, instead we can download into outlook by IMAP or POP and scrap the details from Outlook by creating a Macro or Script. During research for this task already got first part working, script is able to login to gmail and pull messages with subject "NEW FORM SUBMISSION" Have some questions though: does csv with these columns look ok ? Date, Sender, Subject, Body Note: Body will contain everything that user types in email as plain text (no post processing) also I don't think it's possible to get phone number straight from gmail, are you sure about this ?
