Fix and make changes to a Joomla website

Hi there. We have a responsive website under development: [login to view URL] 1) Certain things must be fixed - i.e. here: [login to view URL] when you click the checkbox "I. Am. Not. A. Robot." then a Captcha should open. That link is broken. Note: here we want the new reCaptcha (this one: [login to view URL]), where just one click is needed, and NO entering of letter, words, numbers, choosing pictures - NONE of that. Only the one click. => Milestone 1, for which we pay US$ 50. 2) When that is done, you can test the register page - then you will see there is the second part of the registration page. Here, the user must enter his mobile number, receives a 5-digit verification code and then he is fully registered. All this works already. It is tested, it is all ok. No need to rebuild this! Here is YOUR 2nd job: We want to get rid of the entire first page of the registration process! Meaning, this entire page: [login to view URL] can go! We want to SIMPLIFY the registration process. All we want is: a) [already there!] User chooses country code b) [already there!] User enters his mobile phone number - clicks "verify" (with send success message) c) [already there!] User receives 5-digit code by SMS - clicks "send" (with confirmation message) d) [NEW!] User enters username, maximum of 10 characters, NOT case sensitive, no @!"§$... symbols allowed e) [NEW!] User enters a 6-16 characters long password (must contain at least one upper case and one number); next to that box is an "eye" symbol or a mini slider: when clicking on that the password becomes visible/invisible. f) [NEW!] User hits confirm - if all is correct, user is registered! g) [NEW!] User sees his password & username displayed h) [NEW!] User hits login and is automatically logged in = username and password field are filled in i) [NEW!] Cookies must be set! => Milestone 2, for which we pay US$ 150. NOTE: you can skip step one and immediately start with step 2, as that part of the site is not needed anyways. Then of course we pay you US$ 200 instead of US$ 150. NOTE: ALL of these elements are available on the site already. The whole point of this job is to REDUCE the registration process as it is rather cumbersome right now! ALSO: we are OPEN to your enhancement suggestions! If you have an even better idea on how to make the registration even simpler, faster, more user-friendly, GREAT - then we pay a bonus of another US$ 50! (Or more! Give us your best thoughts!!!) => Milestone 3: The site contains various bugs. Find them, eliminate them. The more issues you can fix, the more we pay you. You just need to point out the bugs to us first (document them, make screenshots) and we negotiate an additional fee on top! We have a list of items that need to be adjusted (just one example: on a mobile phone, when you click to open the menu, all text/graphics on the site moves down - that must be fixed = the text/graphics must stay where they are!). We happily share our list with you, when part 1 and 2 above are fulfilled! Your Responsibilities: Desktop and mobile responsive website - Develop, implement and maintain Joomla website with HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, PHP and MYSQL Frontend and Backend development with responsive design/function required. Work along our design to provide guidance on the necessarily modules for development. Conduct thorough testing before site launch and supply us with your testing logs. Requirements: Strong portfolio with mobile responsive webpages. Experience in hand-coded HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Solid understanding of jQuery, Joomla and Bootstrap.
