Have a web page on a host (godaddy) that is coded already. Need to pull player info from database at house to web page that is not localhost

Have a free game server that I run from the house on an Aion emulater... multiplayer mmorpg game. Similiar to this [login to view URL] The database is on my home computer along with the game that players log into. The web page pulls info from database fine if everything is on localhost. What I want to do is host my web page at [login to view URL] which it's online now. But it is not pulling info from my home computer and displaying it. Everything has already been coded to work on local host. When I put in the ip's to connect from the web page on Godaddy it messes up the web page and only the background is displayed. Just trying to pull info into the Godaddy web page from my home computer like is the game server online, top 100 players, current online players etc which is already setup to work from local host and prefer to run web page from godaddy and leave database and game on my home computer where players log in. If you goto [login to view URL] then statistics you then click the tabs you can see there is no info and shows server offline at house even though it's online. Ports are open.
