Our idea is to create a geoclassified ADS website but only for dating and our goal is to give to our clients the best ads content quality possible, for that we need an identity verification for everyone who wants to post a ADS to prevent scam attempt and kids using our site. We use Lara classified CMS and we already modified it to meet our requirements. Some functions need to be added or modified. Please read attached document for details. Conditions to work with us: - You must work online on my server. I have external logs. If you do a backup of my site for any reason, I will consider that you have stole my website. Then I will dispute the project in freelancer and complain to the police in your country. - No delay! 10 days project. If you are late or after a few days if there is no progress I will dispute and cancel the project. Do not take this project if you are overbooked because we need you full time even week days. - We will deposit the full amount of the project but we will not release any milestone until the project is fully completed, bug free and when we are happy with it. Check carefully Lara classified and my project requirements and when you fully understand and agree to to do the project and price. Do not hesitate to ask questions if anything unclear. I will not pay any extra for any reason, if you got our idea and our requirements there is no reason to pay extra. Any functions that we forgot to mention to make it work like our requirements we will be not responsible since we are not developers. We are not beginners we already worked with many freelancers if you break any of these rules it will lead to a dispute. * Do not try to negotiate.
