Job system

PROJECT FLOW 1. I want a job and messaging system via wordpress 2. when the customer signs up they will have access to the dashboard to the submit a job form, 3. the submit job form will also have a drop down for job type e.g "job type AB", 4. job allocation, there will be workers and project managers, in the admin we will have a tick box on the worker profile, - - Direct client communication / pm communication only, these profiles will also have a drop down for job type e.g job type AB, the project manager will also have tick boxes of worker profiles of which ones are allocated to them 5. the job will automatically be allocated to a worker or project manager depending on the options set in point 4. 4. the customer and worker (and project manager) will both get an email confirmation of the job 5. all users will have a dashboard which will list jobs Pending / Completed / create new 6. if the job is clicked there will be a messaging system where they can discuss and upload files and email should be sent to customer / worker /project manager when the message board is updated USERS Customer - they will post jobs Project manager - they will manage the job between the customer and worker - if a project is allocated to the project manager they will have 2 messaging systems per project one for customer, one for worker Worker - they will have jobs allocated them and will have a messaging system with the customer or just the project manager, based on options set in point 4 above JOB ALLOCATION RULES if it is a new customer posting a job they will be allocated 1,1,1 to workers if it's a repeat customer the job should be allocated to the same worker as before
