Joomla Auction Site

We are looking to setup an art auction web-site using Joomla. So we are looking to incorporate a free/paid auction (mosAuction)site into Joomla and the ecommerce module with some added features if not already available. We are not looking to use the Joomla Wrapper. Feature List: Featured Items, Ending Soon Items (Sortable by header), Bidding in multiple currencies (USD, Euros, etc) with the appropriate admin screen to set the exchange rate, Proxy Bidding, User able to rate item, Watch List, Maximum Bidding Limit set for user, User Registration Process (with Admin Approval), standard Admin features (Creation of categories, Reports based on auction progress, User profiles with current bidding report, etc). We would like the person/group bidding to have previous experience with similar integration projects. Since time is critical and we have just 30 days to deliver, you will need to supply a quick workplan on what will be completed when and visible progress every 3-4 days needs to be demonstrated.
