Joomla 3.4 Form in Modal

I have an existing Joomla 3.4 extension. I require 1 view/form (2nd page of attached PDF) to be displayed in a modal popup for editing / deleting of a record(s). See attached PDF file for design. Note the first page view listing already exists. I require the second page. Not Required: - Database design (database exists with data) - 1st page of attached PDF file. This already exists. - Form xml file will be provided Coding Requirements: - To be developed using standard Joomla best practices such as leveraging Joomla's MVC architecture, model/[login to view URL], model/form/[login to view URL], view/xxxx/tmpl/default or [login to view URL], controller/[login to view URL] - Leveraging Joomla modal approach reducing the need to build lots of javascript. The majority of the work should be done in php (ie php form) with JS to render the popup and providing in-line editing - Any additional JS libraries to be discussed prior to coding - Existing bootstrap library Other Requirements: - As part of your bid you are to provide your available starting time and how long this will take you - Also indicate your willingness to work over weekends Thanks in advance for your bid
