Magento Custom Development (Extension)

We need an expert Magento developer to create a custom development Our store is already running and need some improvements. We sell tours operated from many tour operators (our suppliers) FEATURES 1 - SUPPLIERS DASHBOARD We need to create a dashboard for suppliers who will interact with customers for Bookings and Questions - We THINK best option is create a new type of customer. In future we can also offer extras service plans to this operators - The login page must be different layout, not the same as regular customers 2 - BOOKING MANAGEMENT We need to create a booking management process in order to control booking request - (Booking Id, Dates, Schedule, E-mails and Sms Notification, Messages, History) - A confirmed booking request will then be linked to an order - There will be interaction between customer and operator for completing the booking request - Booking must be optional per product, some products will only have the option to buy a voucher without booking - Operator can set UNAVAILABLE for a specific period of time (example: supplier has gone on vacation or tour is under maintenance) - A message will be shown on frontend - Reports: Booking Reports, Sale Reports, Commission Reports - All transactional and notification e-mail must be available on magento e-mail settings for us to customize templates 3 - NEW PAYMENT METHOD We need a new payment method. Customer will have the option to pay part online and part at the day of tour - Each product must accept different payment options chosen on product settings 4 - SMS NOTIFICATION We need to send sms notification on some processes (new booking and some reminders) We will provide API to be integrated 5 - PRODUCT GIFT VOUCHER We already have gift cards running on store, The new feature will allow customers to buy a product (a tour) as a gift and send it to the gifted person by e-mail or receive it himself to print 6 - COMISSION MANAGEMENT Our suppliers will ask their payment once the tour is made, this need to be requested on their dashboard Store Admin will receive and manage they payments (pending, paid, prices and other data) - Commission can be set as a percentage% OR fixed amount OR percentage% + fixed amount We will provide full flowchart and mockups We will provide the further details to chosen applicant. IMPORTANT requirements: - Please make sure to follow Magento coding standards and best practices. - The extension should be upgrade-proof and should not edit Magento core files. The delivered extension code will be thoroughly reviewed by the team. - Must develop on a test environment (because store is already running) - Everything must be translatable. It will be developed in english but used mostly in Portuguese and English - A CSV file with all words must be provided for us to translate APPLICANTS requirements 1.
