Microsite Wordpress

Hello, We are coming up with our microsite. We have done an initial set up on wordpress [login to view URL] We need the following things to work on wordpress 1. Users should be able to upload their videos by clicking on the link share your experience. The videos cant be uploaded by using YouTube URL etc and there should be an option for the user to directly upload the video onto our site. 2. Users should be able to add title and image to their videos. 3. Users should be able to share their videos on social media. 4. Users should be able to view videos of other users by clicking on watch how others did it. 5. We need an inner page where all the current videos are displayed in a nice looking manner. We will share you the design pattern for the same. It will be similar to this [login to view URL] 6. The moderator should be able to delete spam videos 7. While uploading the videos user should be able to see a progress bar of their uploads 8. We will need certain design changes to the front page. 9. We Will provide all designs etc.
