Hi there! Your project sounds like a great task and I can see the benefits of such a system. Overall the system would require a few main ‘sections’: the backend database, the web/app frontend and the QR code generator. If possible with you, I would develop an ASP.NET core api/web application, which would connect to a database. This would be hosted on a vps and would serve as the API for the application. I have had experience developing these types of systems before, integrating RESTful apis with both android and iOS apps - if needed. The database seems simple enough, a table for users, with their roles as well as data about participants and their data. There would also be a table for hosting the QR codes, which can be generated from the C# API. I would love to discuss this more, and if you choose my proposal and we are able to go ahead with my plans as above, I’m sure together we could create this new system efficiently and quickly.
