I need a PHP function that will get the next store open day and time

I have store opening times (may vary, that's why I need a function) in 4 JSON arrays. Always present are $time_open and $time_close. Some stores may also have $time_open_alt and $time_close_alt which are afternoon opening times. The alt opening/closing times are always after the primary ones. I need a PHP function that basically displays when the store is open NEXT time. For example: "Opens next Tuesday 10:00" If the store is currently open, I also need the NEXT opening time. If today is Monday and the store has no opening times until Saturday, I still need it to display: "Opens next Saturday 14:00" Note that a store may have empty (closed) days and it may have one or two opening hours. The function needs to work with the data provided like storeNext($open,$close,$open2,$close2);

Hi, I can build for you such a function which allows you to get the next opening time. What the function should return for the case listed below. Let's suppose that today is Thursday 10:30 AM and the store is open. It will open next time in the afternoon at 4:00 PM. So whether the function should return "Opens next on Thursday 4:00 PM" or it should return "Opens next on Friday 10:00 AM" if the next opening hours are on Friday 10:00 AM.
