Need Prestashop 1.6.1.6 expert. I cannot log into cart admin suddenly

When I try to log into my cart (prestashop 1.6.1.6) admin, it just loops and wont allow log in. 2) Instead, after clicking the log in button, the page reloads and the text boxes are then gone then just a gray rectangle box with the site domain name on it. See attached images Image A (before clicking log in button) Image B (after clicking log in button) the text boxes disappear 3) Earlier today if I cleared cookies in both Chrome and FireFox it would allow me to log in, now it will not and instead does what I described above. I need to be able to log in normally.
