need a script written

Basically, pictures are uploaded into 2 categories. Category 1, and Category 2. A user comes to the site, and clicks on the pictures as to whether they belong in the first or second category. If they guess wrong, they are infomed their guess is wrong somehow. Be creative with this. The backend of this is The administrator uploads the pictures in either category 1 or category 2. Users can also upload pictures to be in category 1 or category 2, but before these get on queue they have to be approved or denied by the administrator. Lastly, the number of times the image has come up will be shown, and the percentage of correct guesses will also be shown Example-Correct This image has been voted correctly 18/27 times. I will pay via paypal and before the code is transferred, I would like to see it uploaded on another site, and I would like to make at most 2 rounds of suggestions. I am more concerned with function over style at this point in time . Hopefully this makes things understandable. Server handles php 4.3.11
