Prestashop: Error in payment when shipping fees apply

I have a prestashop site (semi-live), that's planned to launch on the 1st of February 2018. After testing the payment flow, im facing the following issue: If an order has a shipping fee of 0 = then the order is sucessful. If an order has a shipping fee of above 0 = then the order gets state: Payment error. We're using quickpay, and the payment all the way through is actually successful, so I suspect the problem to be a configuration issue on prestashop level.
