Reverse Auction Website on wordpress and woocommerce [Repost]

[PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE WITHOUT READING THE REQUIREMENTS] I want to build a basic website with the following features 1- This will be a multi vendor marketplace with product database 2- Buyer will request for bids for their requirements giving the end time of the auction. 3- Unlike the usual reverse auction systems here the Buyer will request bids for products with a specific criteria instead of individual product. 4- Bidders can bid for multiple products within that criteria/filter. 5- Bidders can update their bids until the auction ends as per the end time or the Buyer has finalized his purchase. 6- Buyer can view the bids, end the auction and make the purchase. Rest of the default features provided by woo-commerce and multivendor marketplace plugins will stay there. I have already purchased this plugin. To save on cost and time we can also purchase an existing reverse auction plugin and customize it As a first step we need to create a system with the above functionality. The stacks I am considering are: Pure wordpress/woocommerce Ionic/Angular frontend with headless wordpress Ideal developer would be someone who understands the internals of wordpress and woocommerce and has experience developing plugins for the same. I am also willing to hire the developer on monthly or hourly basis I am open to suggestions, but I am looking for a quick turnaround time
