Shopify Login/Refresher Redirector Script/Extension

Hello, I am aiming to hire a professional software engineer to create a google chrome extension that is able to do these functions at a minimum: -be able to login to shopify sites automatically by simply inputting the site's home page in the extension with login credentials. It must be able to hold at least 30 sites in this extension and can be edited by using notepad. This function must also be able to login to every site added into the settings page upon google chrome start up. -must be able to auto refresh pages from 5 seconds to 1 hour and alert me that a change has happened via text or email (this function would need to be manipulated from a drop down menu on the chrome browser bar[similar to auto refresher plus in the google chrome web store]). This function will also need to auto stop itself and stop refreshing once a change has been noticed. -needs to be able to redirect to paypal checkout once a change has been found on the page being refreshed. (for example; if I am monitoring a shopify checkout page that is out of stock; if this product becomes available again in that split second, this function will recognize this and proceed to paypal checkout OR insert preloaded credit card information and address in milliseconds [credit card information and billing/shipping address would need to be edited in the settings of course]). -Must be user friendly and easy to use. I would like for this extension to be as simple as possible. for example - in settings, if I am supposed to put my address there, the begining of the line should be similar to this: "Address Here: "12345 John Doe Lane" -MUST BE ONLY AVAILABLE TO MYSELF - i do not want this extension to be available to anyone else.
