Simple Joomla Plugin to move data between tables

We have a Joomla website which uses a component called "Map Locations". This component allows the administrator to add locations to a database table and then dynamically shows those map points on a front end google map. This currently requires we input each location manually. We would like a stand-alone Joomla plugin made to just automate this process by reading from the Joomla User table and auto-populating the "Map Locations" components database tables so that all users in joomla show up as locations in the "Map Locations" database tables. Requirements: 1. Write an installable Joomla plugin. 2. Plugin reads "Joomla Users" table. 3. Plugin writes to "Map Locations" component tables 4. Plugin uses the following data to create the map location 4a. Joomla users first initial and last name 4b. Joomla Users City, Region, Country. NO ADDRESS SHOULD BE IMPORTED!! 5. Plugin should run once per day and auto populate any new Joomla Users into Map Locations. Payment When job complete, but i will make a milestone when we begin. Job requires a maximum cost of $50 and any bids above that will be ignored. I am not going to "discuss this job over chat" all the requirements are listed, bid or not, ill leave that up to you.
