I have a similar software I built several years ago to help with my job, which was to copy about 30 or 40 wayback site archives every day. So if you want to take a look at it, let me know, and i can take you on a tour of it and you can see it in action. Be aware though, there are no proxies built into this (i have never been blocked or banned from the internet archive for copying sites, they don't do that) and also this script makes a copy of the archived site the same way the wayback machine does it (so you wind up with an html copy of all the pages of the site, minus the stuff the internet archive adds to the pages, my script removes that crap). As far as everything else you mentioned, it does handle all of that, and has a lot of features.
