Updating a plugin for a php website

Hello, I have a non English Q & A website using q2a script there is a bump plugin make the user able to click a button "I need the answer" To make the question appear in the top of the list of the questions I need to update it for more features the needed features 1. there is a determine time that allow user to click bump button for each question , I need to make the admin able to set an option make the button disappears during that period in that question [login to view URL] 2. making a page shows the bumped questions with ability to modifying the page title and the H1 title in the page shows the bumped questions sort by number of bumps and views [login to view URL] there is a text message can be edited by the admin appears to the user after clicking the bump button I need to make the admin add HTML or choice a url make the user be redirect to that page after clicking the bump button [login to view URL] The developer should has his own server to create the project
