Urgent Wordpress, php Gul Wanted

We need urgent freelancer who is an expert for wordpress, php. Existing site have following problem. - The site use WPML to manage couple of languages. Japanese and English and the site has password protected pages which worked fine until now and English page password protected page goes to blank page (goes to ?action=postpass ) after putting password. Japanese page works ok but most of password protected English pages does not work. - One of blog category cannot be seen under certain user. Permission seems to be OK but it cannot be seen other than site admin. It needs to be seen by this particular user. I would like someone to investigate and fix the problem but we need a full report on what has been changed. Hopefully there is no need to change WP core files.
