Voting Web Application Codeigniter

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using PHP. Voting Web Application Codeigniter frameworkDevelop a web application that will ask the user to identify a celebrity.  In this quiz, the user should be presented with a picture of a celebrity and two possible names, and asked to choose the right name. The celebrity voting application should:- At the start of the quiz, prompt the user to enter a username (this will be used to record their score at the end of the quiz).  Note that this is not a login, so no password is required.  It is just to allow their score to be recorded against their name;- display an image of a celebrity, together with two choices for the name of the celebrity- ask the user to pick the correct name (one name must be correct, and the second name should be randomly selected and not the same as the correct name);- at the end of the quiz, the user should see their score, and a leaderboard of the top ten scores..In addition, there should be a page that allows new celebrities to be added to the quiz.
