Custom Plugin

Hello. Here are the specifics to what I am looking for. Is this possible?\r\n1. Customers need to be able to log into website.\r\n2. Customers should be able to upload documents they want enhanced and pay for service.\r\n3. Customers need to be able to select date they want service completed during checkout.\r\n4. Customers should be able to add service enhancements as add ons. (Order Text Notification when finished, Add finished product to social media, send file via regular mail, etc.) These custom services will cost more.\r\n5. Customers will need entrance fields when extra information is needed for add ons. (Phone number field for text, address fields for manual forwarding file, email field when they want file forwarded to email, date picker when they want file sent on specific future date.)\r\n6. System should be able to process email forwarding automatically on the date customer selected. I should be able to manually or automatically do this from dashboard.\r\n7. Customers should be able to cancel/adjust orders from their login screen. (Change ship to address, delivery date, etc.)\r\n8. Formatted emails should be sent when order statuses change automatically.\r\n9. Must work with WooCommerce \r\n10. I\'d like expanding required fields depending on the option add ons. (For instance: When customers select \r\n\"Add text message notification\" a text box opens for the customer to input the phone number of who they want us to send the order complete notification.\r\n11. I should be able to sort orders based on expected delivery date from my dashboard\r\n12. I should be able to search orders by user name, transaction number, date of purchase, etc.\r\n13. I should be able to download purchase data into spreadsheet.\r\n14. Files that are uploaded are easily attached to the order.\r\n15. Cancellation confirmations are sent when orders are canceled, processed, etc.\r\n16. If possible, text notification should be scheduled automatically when a customer make a purchase. (Of course this will apply if the customer orders the notification.)\r\n\r\nLet me know if this is something you are capable of doing. Please indicate those things that are not possible.
